The Centre's headquarter is located at Dehradun, India and is situated in the campus of Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), a unit of ISRO. IIRS provides infrastructure support to the CSSTEAP headquarter office. The Centre also has operational establishments at Ahmedabad in the campuses of Space Applications Centre (SAC), Physical Research Laboratory (PRL) and U R Rao Satellite Centre (URSC), Bengaluru of Department of Space, Govt. of India.
